Heehee. I'm blogging in school again! Post-EOY days are so slack.
Actually, I have got a lot to say to someone, but I'm just not courageous enough to say it. So shall shut up. Besides, I don't think anyone will want to know. Not even that person.
Anyway, I read this random article in The Straits Times Life! Section on Monday. There was this paragraph in the article which caught my eye. I don't have the article with me right now, since I'm in school. But I shall try to remember what I can. That small paragraph was something about this feeling, a combination of sadness and loneliness I think. Something to do with making yourself feel lonely and sad, yet enjoying it. Darn... I can't remember it. Will find out what it is exactly when I can.
Anyway, the thing is, I've felt that way too many times.
Next, Live The Dream. Now that it's over, it's kind of late, but...
By Definition SUCKS!!! Yep, I think they suck. Even though they won. Or at least, the vocals suck. And that is a major part of the competition. Someone tell the vocalist to stop prancing around! It makes it much harder to sing with a powerful voice. Not that he has a powerful voice. -_-
Well, I have to admit that they are good performers. The costumes are good too. The music is pretty decent I think, but that's not up to me to judge. I have absolutely no musical background. So someone tell me.
Revalina should have won. The vocals are so much better. And they sang my favourite song at the finale! Although it was cut like siao.
On to criticizing the grand finale. Well, the part where they cut and shortened all the nice songs by all those great international artistes, it totally sucked. Really irritating. Then when The Click Five performed Jenny, the finalists of the competition went to join in and sing. Meaning, screw up the song. LIKE WTH?!?! They can't match up to The Click Five lah! No way man! Or at least, not in the near future. Hmmm. If I was a member of the band, I would have been really really pissed. And I think Kyle Patrick was quite irritated. But that's just me and my crazy opinions.
Oh by the way, was The Click Five in the pop genre previously? As in before they changed the lead singer? I hope someone can tell me.
Now they're alternative. Which is fine with me, since I definitely prefer alternative over pop. Hahaha.
Must be off soon, free period is ending. So shall end of here.
Wheeeee. "Empty" is a nice song! I quite like "Jenny" too, but I prefer "Empty".
