Today had training. Pretty fun, met the sec1s, they look full of potential. Then training itself. Crappily hard. 1:16 pace for 400m with 10 reps!

Aiyah don't wanna bore you. Some random thing; I saw this girl at RJC and her shirt had "I'm Sexy Today" on the back of it. Haha.

Oh and try the beancurd at the snack stall in RI canteen. Its nice.
